Choose the Grant Record Holder

Most Grant detainees are held at a state-run regional jail outside the county. Use the contact that matches the event, and call before traveling because the research did not establish public office hours for every location.

PHRJCF and WVDCR hold the regional-jail custody and release entry. The Sheriff holds Sheriff-created arrest, transport, extradition, and home-confinement records. DCR Records handles state time sheets, jail credit, good time, projected dates, and discharge material.

• Use the home page to find a released person and request the release or transfer record.
• Use Parole / Probation for Grant supervision contacts.
• Use Released Last 24 Hours for the same-day fallback when no official feed exists.
• Use Inmate Release Date and the VINELink Release Check for dates and alerts.
• Use the facility pages in the footer for Grant courts, WVDCR prisons, BOP, ICE, or USMS custody.
• For a sentenced state prisoner, begin with the WVDCR prison search and contact DCR Records when a former result is unavailable.
• For a federal or immigration case, use BOP or ICE; USMS pretrial disposition normally requires the federal docket or a records request.
